How It Works

We come to you! Providing an on farm livestock butchery service. We cover everything from dispatch through to processing as well as packaging & labelling, ready for the freezer.

We provide all the equipment required for the process and use industry standard methods of electric stimulation, controlled chilling & vacuum packaging to ensure the best results. All processing is done inside our hygienic refrigerated trailers.

Standard Processing Rate Inclusions

Travel up to 60km from East Toowoomba.

Dispatch, dressing, cold-room storage.

Processing into standard cuts.

Packaging & labelling.

Please note vacuum packaging is only provided for beef middle steak cuts as standard.

$4.00 Per kg over 200kg carcass weight

Sheep/Goats

From $80 Each +

$4.00 Per kg over 20kg carcass weight

Pigs

From $160 Each +

$4.00 Per kg over 40kg carcass weight

Optional Extras

Sausages

$5 Per kg sausage weight, collagen casings only.

Vacuum Packaging

$0.80 per kg packaged.

Boneless product only.

Travel over 60km

$1.95 Per km calculated one way
